Tiny, Electric, & Everywhere
I will start this blog with the caveat that I would be hesitant to embrace this size of vehicle in the US due to the average extra large size of most cars. But I am smitten with the tiny cars that do the streets and sidewalks here.
Delivery,,,no Problem
I was struck by the lack of what I considered to be delivery trucks when we first moved here. UPS, Amazon and FedEx were regular visitors to our street in Louisville. In the almost year that we have lived here. I have not seen one. So how do people get their packages you ask. Well you can pick them up at a designated hub (Usually a store in your neighborhood) if you are not going to be home to let the delivery person into your building. Or they will deliver.,,,in one of these beauties

Keeping it Clean
I see these cute little guys on any pedestrian area that is hard for standard vehicles including our park. There is also a mini tanker truck that they use to water the plants in the plazas and to flush drains around town.
On top of these the firetrucks are electric and also mini. They have ladder trucks and pump trucks very cute.
Need a car but don't have one.....Squeeee!
Zaragoza has a new electric car rental program that started yesterday. It works just like the bikes, patinetes, vespa like scooters but they are 2 seater cars. See the link. Just down load the app confirm your driver's license and it is 31 cents a minute.
